Everyone loves taking about themselves. That’s a truism from psychology 101. So our course for agents seeing a mailer where people have said nice things about them or given testimonials looks amazing. They also love to show off all the homes they have sold…

It’s pretty unlikely anyone would self-mail out a critical review of their services… Hummmm

And all of those homes?.... We’ll it’s good to know that agent is making a lot of money….. But there isn’t anything mentioning the value or saving to the customer is there?

In a nut-shell… It’s all about “Them”

Here at The Cascade Team,

It isn’t about “Us”

It’s about “YOU” our Customer/Clients

You, our client, is our focus.

My husband and I just recently drove up to Leavenworth from Monroe for our wedding anniversary.

The drive took a little over 1.5 hours from Monroe to the town of Leavenworth

Some quick facts about Leavenworth, according to Leavenworth.org

Leavenworth is a small, beautifully designed, old world Alpine/Bavarian style village. If you envision a small town, somewhere in Germany, nestled in a narrow valley and surrounded by snow-covered mountains. Leavenworth could be that very place.

We stayed at a cute little VRBO (vacation rental by owner) cabin with no more than a 20 min walk into town. There we had a beautiful view of the Wenatchee River. We started each morning with a cup…

Most of all the real estate marketing you see out there from other companies is all about “Them…. The Agent.”

Completely missing the most important point… It’s not about “Them”….. It’s about the “Client/Customer”
